This is the first time my husband has been to rehab. The care at Diamond Ridge has been beyond our expectations. Highly recommend this facility.

My mom is 85 and tiny. She took 2 falls at home on hard tile floor. After mom's hospital 911 visit I was given 4 rehab facilty choices to have my mom recover and get stronger. I chose Diamond Ridge because of the reviews I found. Luckily mom was accepted in. I am so grateful to Diamond Ridge Health & Rehab team for how they treated my mom. All of the employees I encountered were wonderful, respectful, caring, kind, professional and dedicated to our loved ones. Diamond Ridge brought my mom back to herself, with some nudging, my mom can be stubborn. She has life left in her and thank you Diamond Ridge for PT-ing and OT-ing her strength back. All the good food you provided, the cleanliness, the caring everyone provided. Mom was covered under her Medicare Insurance so I can't answer the cost question.

It's a sad sad situation when your family member,close friend,get put in this place. My close friend is there and I brought her things she needed clothes walker wall charger and other things. They were stolen from her. I complained about her clothes missing they said they would check into it.But in the mean time my friend wet herself. They changed the pad or depends but put the wet pants back on her cause they couldn't find her pants. Her walker I found tucked in a corner behind walkers in the PT room. They wasn't using it she hasn't walked she's in a wheelchair 😥😥 It seems like if you got money and act like it you get treated well and and that's sad😥

I have only been here a few days, but so far I’m really impressed with the staff here, and how well they work together! Kudos to Aly, my nurse for the last two days, as she has bent over backwards to take care of my needs. And also Shelby, unit manager and works with Aly to get it done!! Staff is very important for the overall smooth running of the facility, and theirs is a well oiled machine that improves the quality of life for all patients they take care of. Physical Therapy is Thee Bomb!! They work you as hard as you’re willing to work. The director of Nursing came into see me when I first arrived, and the following morning he showed up with a box of Splenda for me, because I wanted it for my meals. He also provided me with a charging station for my iPhone, as my cord had died in the hospital. LIFESAVER!!! I’m a happy camper here at Glorious Diamond Ridge!!!

Unsanitary. My mother-in-law was there but when she needed to go to the lavatory, the orderly told her to "just go" that they'd clean her later. Nobody should be told to lay in feces. If you love then, take them somewhere else.
