The Preserve at Spring Creek

The Preserve at Spring Creek is an independent living, assisted living, and memory care community located in Garland, Texas. Situated on a scenic 34-acre campus on Arapaho Road, the community is locally owned and operated by Frontier Senior Living, a Dallas-based company, and serves Garland, Plano, and the greater Dallas area.

The community offers retirement cottages designed for active adults aged 55 and older, featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchens, in-home laundry, private garages, and outdoor living spaces. Cottage residents receive weekly housekeeping, inclusive utilities (excluding phone and extended cable), and access to community amenities. For those requiring additional support, the community provides assisted living and memory care services, including 24-hour compassionate care tailored to individual needs and specialized care for residents with Alzheimer's disease or dementia.

All residents benefit from the award-winning Spark® program, an engagement initiative inspired by Montessori methods and research by Dr. Cameron Camp. The program uses proprietary assessment tools to identify residents' strengths and supports cognitive wellness and social connection through meaningful daily experiences and purposeful activities.

The Preserve features extensive amenities including multiple fitness centers, saltwater pools, pickleball courts, a clubhouse, beauty salon, theater, billiards room, and outdoor dining and entertainment spaces. A 3½-acre park with walking trails and a dog park provides additional recreational opportunities.
