I visited this facility last week and was genuinely impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the staff. From the moment I arrived, everyone was attentive and made sure I felt comfortable. The care they provide to their patients is clearly a top priority, and it shows in the thoroughness and compassion they demonstrate.

This place is nothing like the photos or the reviews. Soon as you walk in the door it smells like urine and mold. Walls show signs of water leaks. There are no plugs to use phone charger, a bathroom with now shower stall and you have to share a room with someone else. Old furniture, one tv and one chair. Do Not bring your family member here.

I’ve seen how dedicated and caring the staff truly are. Residents receive personalized, respectful care every day. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The residents well-being comes first. This facility definitely provides 5-star service!

I have been receiving care here for about a month and I have nothing but good things to say. The staff here has been VERY attentive, nice & kind. They have truly made this bump in the road not feel so bad for me. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is needing therapy or nursing services. You can truly feel the compassion in the care here! I'm so glad to have chosen this facility over the others. They have truly earned 5 stars!

I recently had the opportunity to visit Beltline Healthcare Center in Garland, and I am thoroughly impressed with the facility. The center is very clean and has been nicely refurbished, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for patients.
