The home was very clean. My sister-in-law is there now. I have been there twice and no one came to check on her. The first time we had to go out and find someone to check her feeding tube, the monitor was beeping when we got there. They did come quickly and was able to fix it. Other than the aesthetics I think it is a good place.

The Pleasant Valley Healthcare Rehabilitation Center staff is professional and very helpful. Thanks, Pleasant Valley Rehabilitation Center, for hiring great people. My loved one's room is warm each time I visit. Perhaps a cooler temperature would make it more comfortable and kill germs, too. Thanks again.
