I’m a current resident and love living here. I love the large kitchen and bathroom. The complex is secure, clean and safe. It’s so quiet I hear chirping birds each morning. Neighbors are friendly, lots of activities and great maintenance. The new manager, Sophilea is awesome and keeps residents informed of local activities and benefits. The Assistant manager, Karen is so sweet and accommodating. I would highly recommend the apartments to anyone. A real gem.

This is my 3rd Review I have sent about the Awesome Maint. Team at Palladium Garland Senior His name is Cory Andrew and his assistant David Fraga. Cory has demonstrated his authentic work of repairing moving installing and helping in many ways possible, David as well..Cory and David possess a genuine workmanship including being willing having a great attitude with truth honesty and in a timely manner. Once David came to my door out of the blue and said "I was just checking on you and was curious if you needed anything or any help. Cory and David do an excellent job on small and big tasks assigned and always have a beautiful attitude. Cory is business oriented and I trust him and he has taken David under his wing so to speak. I Just wanted the Corp office to know that they have an Awesome employee that is honest and helpful with Great attitude. David impresses me as well. I’ve had plenty of experience apartment hunting and in the last decade. I’ve lived everywhere. Low income and high end apartments alike. It can be an extremely stressful experience finding a place that can balance your needs and budget, and it can be even more stressful when the people whose job is to help you are rude to you for no reason. This was precisely the case at Palladium. Twice we visited this place to get information and both times were a waste of time. The first time we got there, we arrived an hour before closing. The lady working there simply walked past us and exited the building and got in her car. After realizing she was the only person working there I went outside and asked her if they were closed. She then replied that it was Wednesday and “ we need to praise the lord”. We didn’t know what to say to that so we just said ok and left. The second time we got there with plenty of time before closing, assuming that maybe we were actually going to get better service. We went in there and waited. Nobody approached us. We then noticed a sign that said that they were coming back at 3:10. We sat down and decided to wait when i saw a head poke out of the room and see us. She ignored us and went back in and closed the door. Confused I decided to go and see if i could get some help. Inside the room was the same lady and said she was “taking a late lunch”. I didn’t even get a chance to say that i would wait when she rudely asked me what is it that I needed. I just said I just wanted some basic info on the apartments when she , again cut me off by saying that “ the waiting list “was full” and the “lower rate” apartments were unavailable. We never said we needed that anything like that. We didn’t get a chance to say anything before she rudely dismissed us so I just said thanks and left. It was obvious that she was trying to get us to leave. Save yourself some stress, time and dirty looks. Skip this place. There are plenty of other communities that will at the very least show you around.

Approximately four months ago I was looking for my forever home, I hate moving, when I took a tour at Palladium Senior Living apartments in Garland, it felt like home and that is the place that I would want to make my forever home! The property is so beautiful, and well maintained and I instantly felt in-love with the 2 bedroom model apartment that I was showned. The manager and staff were so very nice, welcoming and helpful. I'm on the waiting list, hoping and PRAYING that my name would come up by July, when my lease is up. I'm looking forward in participating in the social events and conversing with other seniors, making new friends and making Palladium Senior Living apartments of Garland my home. -Ms. Wiley

My husband and I had the best experience today. We went to Palladium Garland Senior Living office to submit our rental application. We had an appointment with Sharleen. She had the application forms ready for us when we arrived. She was very patience and helpful while we completed the forms. She answered our many questions and gave us a tour of the apartment model. We are excited to be a part of this beautiful senior living facility. Give them a call you will be happy you did.
