Extremely disappointed with the quality of care. The aides are a lot kinder than the nurses. When you call regarding a concern they keep transferring the call and it goes to voicemail. I’m very disturbed that when you leave a message at the nurses station no one responds/call back. I’m regretting my choice in Alf. Hopefully they’ll redeem themselves. Also Melanie White does not acknowledge resident concerns. She just doesn’t return your call. Why leave your phone number if you don’t return calls and address concerns. Does something drastic have to happen for her to respond.

I have been visiting a friend in the Memory Care department and thought I should share my experiences. As another person stated the visit begins with Lisa's warm smile when I arrive. She's always a pleasure. In the Memory Care department my friend and every other person there is cared for by Georgette, Barbara, Chrisea, Tracy and the rest of the team. These ladies really interact and look after the residents. And it is not an easy task. Most if not all of the residents in Memory Care need a lot of assistance. And the team really tries to help everyone individually. This is, to me, a very sad environment since these seniors will only be getting progressively worse. And I see and hear the real concern from the staff. If I had to add anything else other than to thank these ladies it would be that they could use more help. More staff. Not only are they limited by the demands made of them by the patients there is also the emotional toll on them. The whole staff does a great job but only by hiring more personnel can they give these patients the extra help they need.<br>Thank you for doing such a great job in such a sad environment!

They are understaffed. and the workers are underpaid. They have one person on the floor at night and expect them to be in two places at once. I pay alot of money for my relative to be there and this is totally unacceptable.

NO NEED TO LOOK ANY FURTHER....my husband and I were trying to find a perfect fit for my very young at heart 87 year old mother. The administrator Karen was absolutely amazing..So helpful..informative and genuine..She showed us every nook and cranny of the preserve. She showed us each option that we could choose..Karen made the experience so easy..The Preserve is very upbeat..many activities are offered..it is extremely well kept..staff members are friendly and the residents are all happy!!!!! Karen went over and above our expectations..THANK YOU!!!!!

The Preserve looks like a resort. All of the front desk staff are very helpful . Very nice accommodations.
