This was a great place at first; we were notified they were no longer going to be providing assisted living services for the residents and were told needed to move out without adequate notice.

They are slobs don’t want to fix anything my friend lives there snd outlets were not working and how can they make residents who have no family moved out with no help they have no respect for the elderly.

Zero stars actually. This facility just issued a 30-day eviction notice to all senior residents (state law in FL requires 45-day notice). They sold the building to a market-rate multi-family operator. Their treatment of their vulnerable residents is disgraceful. I have filed a complaint with the State of Florida. Stay away from this place.

HORRIBLE STAFF are rude, untrained and unbelievable rude. Director of Memory Care Pradylene can't reply to texts or voicemail and when she finally does she is offensive and condescending. The worst!
