I recently visited The Court at Palm Aire and had the pleasure of meeting with Sales Director Jackie Crawford while exploring options for my mom, who is considering a move from New York. Jackie was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything, which was especially helpful as this was my first experience looking into senior living. The community has been recently updated, and the residents were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend meeting with Jackie—she is wonderful!

I recently called The Court at Palm Aire to gather information about the facility, as I’m considering moving my grandmother there. This process is all very new to me, and I had a lot of questions. Jackie was incredibly patient and thorough, taking the time to listen and answer everything without making me feel rushed—a refreshing experience compared to others I’ve spoken with. I truly appreciate her kindness and look forward to meeting her in person and touring the facility when we’re in the area!

I was a guest at Palm Court while visiting my Aunt and Uncle, I rented an apartment for two days at 175.00 per day. While visiting my family I found their apartment very cozy and well maintained. My apartment was on the 8th floor, when I went into that apartment I was very disappointed. The linens on the bed were dirty, the door was broken, the carpet was visibly stained and very poor shape, the knife block in the kitchen had a pair of scissors and two knives in it missing all steak knives and there was like black mold on the block, the refrigerator was dirty. The TV in the living room did not work we reported it to maintenance but it was never fixed.. maybe it just needed to be replaced. The shower had a hotel bar of soap that had previously been used and had hair on it. All of this was reported to Evette Louis the executive director and showed her pictures of everything I've described, she took notes but offered no apologies. Now that I've described the guest suite I'd like to say from the wait staff to the front desk employees were wonderful, everyone had a smile on and were very welcoming. I went to Bingo where Jennifer hosted the event, she was wonderful and made sure everyone enjoyed the event. Every resident I met was happy and welcoming it appeared they were comfortable with their living arrangements. I will be happy to return for a visit but will never rent a guest suite again.

My mom is a resident in assisted living at the Court. This has been a good move for her. Although she had been doing well on her own in a nearby condo community, after a year during which a number of her friends passed away, she seemed increasingly isolated and inactive. After a health incident left her needing a bit of care for a brief time, the move has provided a sense of structure, safety, and greater socialization for her. (My mom just turned 95, and on my last visit, I could barely keep up with her.) She has connected with several interesting people and has gotten engaged in a number of healthy and interesting activities. I have found the staff to be consistently caring, conscientious, and kind, not just to my mom and the other residents (some of whom would have tried my patience!!), but to guests and visitors as well. The food is pretty good as institutional food good, and I've seen an effort to respond to residents' requests and make improvements in quality and variety. The dining room staff is excellent. This was a hard decision, but it was a good one. I know my mom misses her old place at times, but I love knowing that she has greater social contact and engagement, and a staff that keeps an eye out for her. I live across the country and for my own peace of mind alone, was well worth the move.

Really a great place for my mom. She has been there for just a little over a year and has become very happy there. From Trivia to Bingo to church services they have it all and more. I was truly thinking mom was on "her last leg" when she arrived but living at The Court has brought her back to life. She has made many friends. I visit several times per week and every employee I have interacted with is happy to be there and happy to assist. Its just a great place for my mom.
