Excellent care and impressive attention to detail! We found The Post at Mint Hill at the perfect time when we had a very hard decision to make when thinking about moving our father into a memory care facility. This isnt like the big places you see around. We have toured them all it seems like and The Post at Mint Hill not only checked the boxes but exceeded it.

My dad and I toured this location and their Post at Providence 2 before deciding and honestly both were great. You can tell they run things really well across all locations which was great to see. Even though we eventually chose their The Post at Providence 2 home due to proximity for him to visit, I’d feel comfortable recommending any of them. We loved the country setting on the Post at Mint Hill location. Really appreciate what they do and the level of care they provide.

Moved my mother into The Post at Mint Hill in Jan 2026. Brooke and Dominique were both so helpful and understanding at a very difficult time; they both made things much easier on me and my father. The staff are all quite caring and speak to all residents with dignity and respect. The calm atmosphere is very relaxing, and the chicken coop is a fun added bonus!

We were able to move my mother to the Post a few months ago. My mother was at another facility and had not been outside in two years. With in the first week she was outside and very happy. I highly recommend the Post at Mint Hill. Staff is amazing and always willing to help my mom out.

I recently visited The Post Mint Hill while helping a close family friend look into care options. I was honestly blown away by the warm atmosphere and how attentive the staff were with the residents. There were two caregivers actively engaged with just six residents — something you rarely see! The director and care manager left a great impression on me. They were kind, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about every detail of the residents’ well-being. The Post is definitely a place I would trust for someone I love.
