I can’t say enough good things about this assisted living community. From day one, the staff has been kind, attentive, and truly caring. The place is always clean, welcoming, and feels like a real home.<br><br>Ashley, the manager, is amazing—she’s compassionate, responsive, and really goes above and beyond for both residents and families. You can tell she genuinely cares, and it shows in how well everything is run.<br><br>The residents are treated with dignity and respect, and there are always activities to keep them engaged and social. The peace of mind this place gives our family is priceless.<br><br>Highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe, supportive, and loving environment for their loved one.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this senior living facility, and especially the manager Ashley.  She is truly the heart and soul of this place. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the care, warmth, and attention to detail and that all comes directly from her.<br><br>She goes above and beyond in every aspect of her role. It’s not just a job to her, it’s a calling. She genuinely cares about the residents, their families, and her staff, and it shows in everything she does. Whether it’s making sure residents feel seen and valued, or ensuring the facility runs smoothly and beautifully, she handles it all with compassion and dedication.<br><br>Honestly, this place would not be what it is without her. She creates an environment that feels safe, welcoming, and full of life. It’s rare to come across someone who pours so much of themselves into their work, and it makes all the difference.<br><br>If you’re looking for a place where your loved ones will be truly cared for, this is it and she is the reason why.

The Pines has been an excellent facility for my neighbor allowing her to age in place. The staff is awesome and has shown her so much love and care. A great place to live for your love one. I would recommend this facility to anyone .
