While I can’t speak for the operations of the facility yet, what I can speak about is the sheer kindness I have encountered thus far. My grandmother entered another facility in the area and when I say we had the worst experience, I firmly mean that. My husband and I visited Brookside and the first thing I notice about an assisted living/nursing home is the smell. Smell will tell you right away if residents are being properly cared for. When we walked in, the smell was fresh. The facility was clean. The pictures hanging on the wall of the employees working that day was amazing. We were greeted by Cierra and she is the kindest person!! She was clearly busy but took the time to show us around. I was visibly upset about things and she gave me the warmest hug. Afterwards, we received a call from Breanna about starting the transfer process. She took time out of her busy Saturday to call me and it made me feel like this facility will give my grandmother the care and attention that I expect. I will certainly give an update once placement is finished and she is all settled.<br>Thanks again, ladies, for the kindness and promptness you have shown us!

Brookside is WONDERFUL! My mother is there now, and they treat her like a QUEEN! The staff truly loves and cares about each and every patient. Breanna, Marae, Chelsea, Hannah and all the staff work hard to make it a perfect place. We came here from another facility, and the difference is unreal. The food is delicious, and everybody goes above and beyond to make the residents laugh, and be happy. I can't say enough good things about this place. If you are considering placing your loved one in an extremely caring and loving place this is it!<br>Thank You Brookside for keeping her well, safe, well fed, and happy.❤️

Placing a loved one in someone else’s care is never an easy decision. Brookside has provided my husband with an excellent standard of care in a loving, family like environment. He feels safe and at home there. Any concerns or questions I have are responded to and addressed in a very timely manner. This was not an easy decision for our family, but it’s so comforting to know Mark is in capable, caring hands.
