I was very pleased with the overall condition and performance of the building and staff! I visited Hill Haven recently and I saw nothing short of comfortable clean living. There were happy residents and a clean, welcoming atmosphere. I even got to meet the new administrator who was so nice and personable and gave me a tour of the facility. The work they are putting into the facility to make it a clean, welcoming and overall good experience for the residents and the families that visit is top tier. Very impressed with the staff and facility. I highly recommend!

Love it here. We came to visit my great aunt on Mother’s Day and were delighted by the fun activities they had going on that day. Her room was well kept, she looked healthy and happy, we were very pleased with the whole experience. I’ll be recommending this place to anyone who asks.

I had rehab after my amputation. After learning how a nursing home ran I fell in love. The nurses and CnA's are wonderful. I watched them work with those like me and those who were at the end of their lives. My roommate was younger than I but we became fast friends. I spoke to everyone from the ladies who cleaned my room to the kitchen staff, to the nurses etc...all the way to Trevor the administrator. They care, they love their people, and get to know their patients. Like any other medical place, raises need to be looked at, shout outs for the people who go above and beyond. A shout out now to Teresa the activities director, Melissa with social services Twana, Bri and Dan...Stacy and Phyllis all the rehab folks! I truly loved everyone. I plan to volunteer in the fall. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I visited Hill Haven today and was very impressed with the entire community. The care team is completely hands-on, super sweet, and very attentive to the residents. You can tell they truly care about the people they serve. The building was very clean, smelled fresh, and had a bright and peaceful atmosphere that made it feel welcoming and comfortable. Overall, it felt like a calm and caring environment for residents and families. I would absolutely recommend Hill Haven and give them a five-star rating!
