Northridge was an answered prayer for our family. They take great care of our loved one. Her favorite thing to do is attend the penny auction with Jasmine in Activities. Rooms are always clean, building is maintained, food is good and the new administrator is exactly what Northridge needed.

From the moment we first walked through the doors of Northridge, we felt a sense of warmth, compassion, and professionalism that immediately set our minds at ease. Choosing a care facility for a loved one is never easy, but the staff at Northridge made the transition not only smooth but truly comforting. The caregivers at Northridge go above and beyond—not just meeting the physical needs of residents, but treating them with genuine dignity and kindness. It's clear that this isn’t just a job for them; it’s a calling. The facility itself is always spotless, well-maintained, and welcoming. What truly stands out is the atmosphere—it feels like a community, not an institution. You can sense the joy and respect that exists between staff and residents. It gave our family great peace of mind to know our loved one was in such capable and caring hands. We’re incredibly grateful to Northridge and would wholeheartedly recommend it to any family seeking exceptional care for their loved one. Thank you for all that you do.

My sister has been a resident in the nursing home for 10 months. They have been very kind to her and take good care of her. Her health has improved since she's been at Northridge and they have gone above and beyond normal responsibilities to make her happy and healthy. I love this place and their staff.
