My mother died in july. They took 1400.00 out of my account for August. I have asked for a month for my money back. Nothing. I will be taking them to court and making Medicare aware of billing fraud. ALSO, My mom had alzheimers and they refused to feed her stating she feeds herself but she could not. DONT BRING YOUR LOVED ONE HERE! They are simply awful. A few good staff but mainly awful

My daughter had an aneurysm and then 2 strokes. Her right side doesn't work well. She can't use her right hand and can barely walk. She also is non verbal. I had her in a rehab nursing home for 3 years. They were good with her for a while but they have such a high turnover they seem to have given up on her. Sometimes she wasn't even getting showered for sometimes more than a week and no one would bother shaving her legs. She is only 51 years old. A friend of hers told me about the Pavilion so I moved her there. They have been wonderful with her. She is clean and legs shaved and is so much happier there. They all truly seem to care and they keep her engaged in activities. They dress her every day and don't just leave her in the bed all day. I am so glad I found this place. She is much happier and everyone really cares. Highly recommend!

My brother has been at the Pavilion Care Center for almost two years. Even though for curb appeal, I would never choose it in a drive-by, the care from the staff has been consistently kind and attentive. I know a skilled care patient has many needs, but they have been able to answer and address all of them. From the vey beginning, my brother has been very happy there and in the kind community they all work to provide and care for him and the other patients.

My Ma was a resident at The Pavilion of Canal Fulton in the independent living housing for over 3 years until she passed away this past March. She had lived in many different locations throughout her life. But it wasn't until she moved to The Pavilion of Canal Fulton that she made the comment to many people, me included, that she felt more at home at The Pavilions of Canal Fulton than anywhere else. Everyone who works there was exceptional. They made my Ma and the rest of my family feel like we had a new extended family in them. The administration and staff members took the time to talk with us, they listened to any issues or concerns that arose in my Ma's life and worked with us to make her stay more comfortable. And in the last few weeks of my Ma's life the administrative staff went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. I truly feel someone was looking down on my Ma from Heaven when we found her apartment at The Pavilions of Canal Fulton. From the experience my Ma and our family had with The Pavilions of Canal Fulton, I would highly recommend anyone looking for true heartfelt care for your loved ones to talk to one of the staff members at The Pavilions of Canal Fulton.

We have been very pleased with my father’s care during the first two weeks of him living at The Pavilion at Canal Fulton. On the rare occasion that we have had a concern, it has been immediately addressed. The administrator, Shannon, has been a blessing in keeping us up-to-date with photos of dad interacting with the other residents and participating in activities. Having a parent in a nursing home facility is never an easy thing, but it certainly helps ease the pain when we can periodically see that he is doing so well.
