We recently toured the park at Surprise Independent for our mom and had an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The entire community was beautiful, welcoming, and had such a warm and peaceful atmosphere. You can truly tell the residents are cared for and that the staff takes pride in creating a positive environment.<br><br>The highlight of our visit was Craig. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. He took the time to answer every single question we had, never making us feel rushed, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and informed throughout the entire tour. His knowledge of the community, patience, and kindness made such a lasting impression on us.<br><br>Craig’s attention to detail and willingness to help with everything we asked for truly set the experience apart. It is rare to meet someone so dedicated to making others feel welcomed and valued. Because of him, the entire experience felt personal and sincere rather than just another tour. We toured other places close by and The parks was the best in my opinion.<br><br>We left feeling excited, reassured, and incredibly impressed with both the community and the level of care shown by the staff. If you are considering visiting or moving to Surprise Independent, we highly recommend it — and if you get the chance to work with Craig, you are in excellent hands!
