The Oasis at Fellowship Square Surprise is an assisted living community located in Surprise, Arizona, situated on the east side of the Fellowship Square campus off Sarival Avenue. The Oasis provides three levels of assisted living services—Essential, Enhanced, and Elite—tailored to individual needs. Essential Services includes light support with daily activities, wellness checks, and medication reminders for residents who can ambulate independently and manage personal hygiene. Enhanced Services assists with bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulation, transferring, and medication management. Elite Services provides increased support with daily activities including walking, transferring, bathing, toileting, and dressing for residents who may have difficulty recognizing hazards or making care-related decisions. All residents begin with a personal assessment by a nurse to determine the appropriate service level.

Residents enjoy private studio and one-bedroom apartments, each featuring high ceilings, a kitchenette, spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and safety bars, chef-prepared meals in a full-service dining room, and 24/7 access to caregivers.
