The Oasis is an assisted living community in Phoenix, Arizona, operated by Christian Care as a non-profit organization. The community offers three levels of assisted living services, Essential, Enhanced, and Elite, each providing increasing levels of support with activities of daily living.

Essential services include light assistance with meal preparation, housekeeping, and laundry for residents who ambulate independently. Enhanced services add increased mobility assistance, personal care, and medication management. Elite services provide higher-level support throughout the day, including assistance with ambulation, bathing, toileting, dressing, dining, and medication management. All residents receive three meals daily in a full-service dining room, 24-hour certified caregivers on staff, and emergency call buttons.

The community features studio apartments with high ceilings, kitchenettes, spacious bathrooms, walk-in showers, and safety bars. An AI-powered fall prevention system monitors gait, sleep patterns, and movement to identify changes in condition or fall risk, alerting the care team when intervention may be needed.

The Life Enrichment Team creates a calendar of social activities and events designed to keep residents engaged and mentally and physically active. A personalized assessment determines each resident's appropriate care level before admission, with monthly service plans adjusted to ensure the right support is in place.
