My mom has thoroughly enjoyed her 7 1/2 years at the Manor House. It is a lovely, well-maintained facility and the staff - from management to reception - is kind and caring. The activities director and her staff are creative and thoughtful in planning many fun and interesting programs and activities for the residents.

My Mother lives here and just adores it. She loves that she doesn't have to cook or clean. They have tons of activities going on every day. I even come in weekly to join in the Knitting and Crochet group. It is the highlight of my week.

The Manor House is always welcoming when we visit my father. Staff are professional, yet treat us as family.<br>The facility is neat and clean, meals are very good with several menu options, and programming is available every day!<br>The Enriched Care option is proving to be just what was needed.<br>Keep up the good work!

Our Dad has lived at The Manor House for three and a half years. As a family,<br>we are extremely happy with the facility and the care he is receiving. Dad has never had a complaint and neither have we. I can't even think of a suggestion because TMH meets all of his needs. He has a beautiful and cozy apartment, the food is wonderful, the staff is professional and always helpful, and there are plenty of activities. Our family feels extremely lucky to have TMH in Batavia. Thanks to everyone at TMH.
