I really enjoyed the visit with my great aunt! The only thing I would change is some of the airflow in a few hallways it pretty weak. Other than that the staff were all super nice and my aunt had a great view out of her window.

The staff were all helpful and kind. It was our first visit and we did have trouble finding the proper entrance for the rehab center. Our loved one had a beautiful view out of her window.

What a horribly rundown, pathetic place. The place is full of leaks and reeks of mold. The rehab is terrible. The PT and OT staff are fine, but there is not enough staff (PCTs/LPNs) and the residents pay for it. The staff do not really care if people are in need and they make no bones about telling you. We waited over 2 hours after several people came in the room and said they needed to get help. When one finally returned, we were told nothing was going to happen because they were too busy. What we wanted took 1 minute. Believe me, if I could have moved my loved one myself I would have, but all they needed was a move into bed because they were in pain. Do not let your loved one go to rehab here. It’s dreadful. I hope it’s not like this in the rest of the facility, but I fear it may be worse. It makes me sick to think of how these people are being treated and neglected in this disgusting facility with cold, uncaring staff. Try to get your loved one in anyplace else. I sincerely believe many of the 5 star ratings are fake, as anyone who spends even a short amount of time there, will see the truth. Do better, admins.

We recently had to take my mother for a trip to Orlando, Florida and we forgot her insulin the nurse there. Rochelle went way above and beyond her job description to make sure that my mother was able to obtain insulin at a local drugstore in Florida. Absolutely amazing. I hope her bosses see this review and take very good care of her overall everybody at that place is very caring and I would definitely recommend it.

Administration often comes across as above everyone else and is frequently confrontational with both staff and families. The facility has gone the past few years without consistent social work or a rehab team, and it’s sad to see it continue to operate at what feels like a barely one-star level—despite nursing staff working hard every day that residents are cared for as best they can... I do not recommend this facility to anyone.
