During my tour with The Manor at Victoria Park I was quite impressed with the establishment. Qea took very good care of me. Qea was very patient and had great knowledge of the property. My son was put at ease once he toured the property with me. He was very impressed by Qea and how she knew the tenants by name. We were also very impressed with the hospitality suite which he has every intention of using. I hope to be a resident at The Manor at Victoria Park. Special thanks to Qea for her patience and great care.

Everyone there from the residents, the leasing consultants, and the maintenance people are so helpful and friendly. Thank you Ms. Shameka and Ms. LaNeyce for making the application process so easy! Thank you to Mr. Mike for maintaining my grandfather’s apartment so well! We appreciate how quiet and safe it is there but also how lively it is. They often have movies nights, play bingo, and recently had a seafood fest with a live band. If you’re looking for a senior living apartment, this should be your choice.

I’ve been searching for senior homes for my dad and Manor at Victoria popped up. I spoke to Laniece and after speaking to her I was very relieved. She was very resourceful, and polite. Although my dad unfortunately does not qualify she was still able to provide some helpful resources in finding him housing. For those who may qualify call her she’s very welcoming.

Shameka & LaNeyce was very efficient in regards to helping me move in my new place. I was relocating and needed some assistance completing my application and they were very polite, and patient with me. They made the transition very smooth. I am a happy new resident here at Manor at Victoria Park.
