My family and I are so grateful to The Lodge for the care, compassion, and kindness they showed my grandmother while she was receiving skilled nursing care and rehabilitation services. From the nursing staff to therapy, housekeeping, and administration, everyone was so supportive during a very difficult time for our family. We especially appreciated the patience, encouragement, and professionalism shown throughout her therapy and recovery process. The staff truly cared about her safety, comfort, and well-being, and it meant so much knowing she was being looked after with compassion. Thank you to everyone at The Lodge for all you do each day for your residents and families. Your hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed 💛

Awful experience. Nurses don’t care about patients, all they care about is talking & telling people what “doors” to use. Due to their NEGLIGENCE , my grandmother is now in the hospital AGAIN. They need to be worrying about their patients instead of weekend plans….

I have meet some incredible cna at the lodge, maybe some people expect to much when they don’t have enough help since I’ve been coming. I started coming October 7, 2025 and I have not had an issue with any staff members. I do spend several hours a day with my family member. I offer to help but they tell me we got it. So I leave each night with my family member in bed. You must spend time with your family member so they don’t feel bad about being at the facility. My aunt never complains and she is 94 years old. Please just make sure you spend time with your live one because it’s our job to show them love, the staff is there to care for them not to baby sit your family member. These people who work her are unique in their own way. Cudos to Sandra and Ta’khia Jones.
