Navion is very nice and very clean, been visiting this place for years now and to see the Director Jaime have made beautiful renovations. Along with her and the staff are all genuinely very nice and supportive! Definitely recommend this place

Beautiful facility. Exception staff. Everyone is very attentive and caring towards the residents. They treat each resident like family and are always open and honest with their family members. I feel at peace that we chose Navion to care for our loved one. I can’t praise them enough.

When our family began the process of finding the right place for our father, we were overwhelmed with questions and concerns. From the very beginning, Ibby, the sales manager at Navion, made all the difference. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through every detail, ensuring we felt confident and informed in our decision. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for older adults. Just as important, the staff consistently demonstrate kindness, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to help. It’s clear they truly care about the residents. Ibby has continued to be a steady source of support even after move-in. She is attentive, compassionate, and always available when we need her. That level of ongoing care means so much to families navigating this stage of life. Most importantly, our dad is happy. He feels comfortable, safe, and well cared for. Knowing he is in capable and caring hands has brought our family tremendous peace of mind. The stress of managing his day-to-day care has eased significantly, and that is something we are incredibly grateful for.
