Lord my mom just got there,Reading these reviews are making me nervous 🤦🏾♀️I only gave 2 stars just to post So. Update :My mom attended the rehab and they were nothing but loving and kind to her...She said staff Vickie Scott made sure she was well and stayed dry.Thank you so much and Thank you to all the staff that went above and beyond to take grat care of her.

If I could give zero stars I would - my father was transferred to this place from Nash General, after he had a stroke to "receive rehab" . Today was his first day, & my first time walking in his room, he was hanging halfway off the bed, he was soaking wet from urine, he had food all over himself, & they did not give him his night medication (Klonopin & Seroquel) which he's been on for 10 plus years due to "them not having any" that's a medication you can withdrawal from & it just causes his body even more stress being without it. Getting rehab after a stroke is very time sensitive. I'll be doing all I can to have him transferred first thing in the morning. If you do have someone you love placed here, please make sure they are receiving adequate care!

My father didn't get a dinner meal delivered one evening. When I alerted staff, he was brought a plate that was obviously somebody else's leftovers. The "green" salad he was brought had broken down into liquid slime and was fizzing. Some aids were clearly put out by having to do the minimum of their job. When an aid was asked to help with a shower, she snapped back, "fine, but you only get 5 mins." Showers happened maybe on the third day. The air is heavily scented attempting to cover up the smell of urine.

Writing this on behalf of my mom now… To who it may concern my mom is a few days new resident and has had two falls in a 24 hour period and there is no one of authority to speak with on the weekends regarding her care other than nurse on duty my mom is a fall risk I explained to the nurse and needs rails on her bed but they don't use them in this facility so I expressed to this person that this will happen again and again and my mom Mrs Silence S. Has one leg not mobile which keeps her from walking to bathroom my name is Jeannette her oldest daughter I'm on her emergency contact info this needs to be addressed ASAP but can't be til Monday morning for a weekend issue she is 80 an can break bones by keep hitting the floor I wish people in this field of work would be more thoughtful of humans than this it says a lot that u would treat your own family members in this matter

Now my grandmother just got there Wednesday and she’s already been found on the floor twice and a staff told her that she’s punished whatever that means no one is responding to her paging using the help button in her room and you can’t speak with anyone in charge cause they’re only available during the week. My mom and aunt spoke with a lady name Teresa who said there’s no such thing as that but she would get to the bottom of it. There should be someone in charge in the event something takes place the nurses can’t handle that someone who qualifies can this is unacceptable!
