All inclusive ( we don’t charge extra for anything. No hidden costs) and now want to charge $150 extra a month for unary incontinence, After being there for over a year and a signed contract that includes incontinence care. Pluse, We provide our loved ones supplies. What the heck?!!!

Front the start, the director Mr Franks was so kind, informative, communicative and just helped in such a compassionate way. The resident care coordinator was phenomenal and put my aunt (who’s on hospice) at ease. The building is lovely and clean. Jessica the business director is so kind and helpful. Dwayne makes delicious well balanced healthy meals. My aunt raves about the nurses, recreational events and alway talks about how happy she is. She adores Brook and Maria so much! This is the place to put your loved ones if need. They will have happiness, peace and comfort.

If I could give a zero I would. Apparently their memory care consists of confinement to the activity room where they sit all day when not eating. Hey Landings its not custom for dementia patients to sit in wheelchairs 12 to 15 hrs a day. Activity is the tv.

They need to be closed down. Broken client’s hips and ain’t no telling what else there’re done. Worst place to house these sweet souls

Staff mistreats patients. One lady was pushed to the ground causing a broken hip. Horrible facility!
