I couldn’t be more grateful for the wonderful care and warm welcome my mother has received at the Ivy Cherry Hills. The staff are extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming, and they have gone above and beyond to help make her transition to her new home as comfortable and positive as possible.<br>The community itself is beautiful, warm, and truly feels like home. The residents are friendly and welcoming, which has made such a difference as my mother adjusts to this new chapter. And the food is delicious!<br>Moving a loved one into assisted living can be an emotional and difficult transition, but the kindness and support we have experienced have made it so much easier. We are very thankful to have found such a caring and welcoming place for my mother.

Moving a parent into assisted living is never an easy decision, but our experience with The Ivy at Cherry Hills has made the transition so much easier than we could have imagined.<br>From the moment my father moved in, the staff has been incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. They have gone out of their way to help him adjust to his new home, while also providing me with exceptional support throughout the process. Whether it was answering my many questions, helping coordinate deliveries, or assisting with getting my father established with a new physician and pharmacy, everyone has been responsive, compassionate, and genuinely caring.<br>The community itself feels warm and inviting—it truly feels like home rather than an institution. My father has enjoyed the delicious meals and the variety of activities available, which have helped him settle in and stay engaged.<br>I know there will be challenges anytime a loved one makes such a significant life change, but knowing he is surrounded by people who truly care has given our family tremendous peace of mind. We are very grateful to everyone at The Ivy at Cherry Hills for making this transition such a positive experience.

It's hard for me to put into words how much I appreciate this wonderful place, but I'm going to try. This place is special. It's so good on so many levels: location, amenities, atmosphere, and most importantly the people who live and work there.<br>If you have a loved one who needs memory care, this is the best place around. The caring and compassionate staff took excellent care of my dad there. The staff/resident ratio is really low, like 1 to 3. (At most of the other places I looked at before choosing here, the ratio seemed more like 1 to 10+.) This means my dad and all of the residents in memory care unit got/get excellent care and are treated with dignity. The staff always kept me well informed and were easy to get ahold of if I had questions or concerns.<br>It is a vibrant community with lots of activities to do every day, opportunities for excursions, and special events throughout the year. It's located in an ideal spot overlooking a large, beautiful park and the Highline Canal trail.<br>Unfortunately, my dad recently passed away. When the mortuary came to the facility for him, the entire staff lined up on both sides of the hallway outside of his room and sang Amazing Grace. My family and I were so touched by this demonstration of love and respect for my dad. Probably the best example of many I could cite of how great the people are at CHAL. Thank you so much!

When my aunt suddenly needed to move into assisted living, our family visited six different facilities trying to find the right fit. From the moment we walked into Cherry Hills Assisted Living and Memory Care (CHAL), we knew it was special. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, and the staff truly seemed to care about the residents.<br><br>My aunt moved in about a year ago, and it was a huge adjustment - she had been living independently and had no plans to move. The team at CHAL went above and beyond to help her settle in and feel comfortable in her new home. They were patient, kind, and always took the time to make sure she was doing okay.<br><br>Now, a year later, she’s happy and thriving. She enjoys the staff and the beautiful facility. It’s such a relief knowing she’s well cared for and surrounded by people who genuinely care about her.<br><br>We’re so grateful to everyone at CHAL for making what started as a stressful transition into such a positive experience. I can’t recommend them enough!

When you only look for a place for mom to live once in a lifetime, do you want to make sure it’s the right fit….. after checking out a couple of other places a minute my sisters and I walked into Cherry Hills assisted-living we knew it was the spot for mom…… from day one she has been welcomed included, feels safe, and we have not seen her this happy in many many months… every detail is taken care of by Cherry Hills down to an amazing Fourth of July barbecue….. I would highly recommend this assisted-living for your loved one to give you that peace of mind.AMAZING COMMUNITY AND PEOPLE ARE SECOND TO NONE!!
