The Indigo is going in the right direction. Improvements are showing. Caregivers, Alex, Maria, Yasmine, Carmen, and Cabana, are outstanding. Nurses Avi and Sheila are always caring and helpful. I'm looking forward to more improvements with Chad's direction and with Yvonne helping! Keep it up! ❤️

We moved Mom in from Skilled Nursing. Robin helped us with the paperwork and tour. Remi helped guide us in the nursing and proper medication levels while also placing an amazing Hospice group in place for Mom and us! Mom absolutely loved her sitter! Told us every time we visited. The people are wonderful, communicative, and pleasant. We appreciated the kind heartedness as we navigated the path of dementia and how quickly it was robbing us of our Mom / Dad's wife.<br><br>Indigo was placed in our lives at the exact right time! Thank you for all you did for us and Helen. And all you keep doing for current residents.

My family recently toured The Indigo at Bartlett while searching for memory care options for my mother, who has dementia. This can be an overwhelming and emotional process, but from the moment we walked through the doors, the team made us feel welcomed, supported, and at ease.<br>What stood out most was the true team approach. Rather than feeling like a sales presentation, every member of the leadership team took the time to listen to our concerns, answer questions, and help us understand what life would look like for our mother in their community. We had the opportunity to meet with the Executive Director, Dining Coordinator and other staff members, all of whom demonstrated genuine compassion and a deep understanding of dementia care.<br>The team focused on getting to know our mother's history, preferences, and needs, rather than simply trying to fill an apartment. Their knowledge of memory care, resident engagement, and family support gave us confidence that our loved one would be treated with dignity, respect, and kindness.<br>Most importantly, we left feeling reassured. The Indigo at Bartlett created a sense of comfort during a difficult decision-making process and helped us feel confident that we were exploring the right option for our family.<br>I would highly recommend touring The Indigo at Bartlett for anyone seeking a caring, professional, and resident-centered memory care community.
