My daughter has been receiving therapy RSC-Bunker Hill Road since the summer of 2024. Her therapists have given her exceptional care. The therapists there are extremely knowledgable with great bedside manner. I have had an opportunity to speak with a variety of people there, spanning various depts that include security, therapy, scheduling and accounting and have been extremely pleased with all those interactions. My only complaint is the parking garage. Depending on the day it's PACKs and there aren't alot of guest parking slot available. Also drive an SUV and it's sometimes very tight to navigate there great. My daughter has made huge gains as a result of the treatment she has received at RSC-Bunker Hill. We are very grateful!

My daughter been here since sept 9th every since I been here I’ve had at least 4 incidents even when I felt like things was getting better it was just getting worst they don’t do they job the mistreatment I’ve received is horrible I gotta ask questions when it come to my daughters health verses them telling me some of the time I was accused of a threat that I didn’t say and I had a witness for that. The fact that I been here with my daughter and never left unless it was important for me to take care of myself and my other child it seem as though it’s a issue with me being here with I feel like the supervisor didnt take my concerns and matters seriously Ms Sonya to be exact didn’t even give me eye contact but when one of the staff had a concern she gave me eye contact . They suppose to do bloodwork every week they don’t do that. They suppose to weigh pampers and they barely do that so I end up throwing them away. I didn’t know alot I had to learn day by day while being here they act like they barely want to do their job they need new staff here. Everyone besides some of the nurses does their . One of them is lighskin with glasses another one has dreads and brown skin and there is another one but I don’t remember her name but they need new staff here this place is horrible I would not recommend this place to anybody

Update: They cashed my checks and never applied the payment to my account, even though I sent the payment stubs with the two checks. So, now they are threatening collections... all via mail. I can't reach anyone STILL, including the stupid fake ombudsman number they left below this review. Unbelievable garbage heap of a business. I've been trying to pay these folks for a month... Website doesn't work, they don't return calls, and don't return emails. I'm mailing in checks all the way to Atlanta... what a waste. Not feeling confident they'll ever get them.

If I could give negative 5stars I would. The worse place for any child Esther is evil smart mouth lil thing. They don’t tell you everything but when you ask questions they say “o they told you” so that was always an issue. It seems like everyone here is learning/training and the kids are the experiment. They had another baby in my child’s car seat got it dirty and scratched up. They stressed the cpr video to watch but didn’t stress the tub feeding nor do they change it when the supposed to. Gunk all at the tip of the tub. Baby pamper was always wet. I can write a book. Long story short AVOID IT IF YOU CAN. They made discharge sooooo difficult since they wanna send medicine where they want so they can get it. Not thinking that now when I need refills I have to come all the way out here and not his pharmacy. That really made me infuriated. All these appointments they tried to make knowing Kaiser likes everything done in Kaiser. These people don’t know what they are doing and I hated this place with a passion.

Wouldn’t recommend this place. Tried setting up an appointment and the receptionist staff was so rude when the line didn’t go to voicemail. I requested to make an appointment and she abruptly says to me NO M’AM! even if we do have your referral there’s a 3-6 month waiting list. Absolutely ridiculous! I called another place and was able to get in next week. Please work on your staff’s customer service.
