We had good and bad experiences with my father as a resident of Homestead. The aides and kitchen staff were very helpful and caring. The head nurse, Lisa, was rude, manipulative and combative. She created a dangerous situation where my father was reluctant to ask for help. Unfortunately she calls the shots there so you're at her mercy. They have a large turnover in their staff.
