During my time working at Touch of Care in Montrose, I went into the position hopeful and ready to learn. Unfortunately, the training and onboarding were very limited while expectations were still quite high, which made the environment difficult to navigate.<br>Two days before Christmas I was pushed out, which at the time was discouraging. Looking back, though, it ended up being the best thing that could have happened for my career. I’ve since moved on to a position with great benefits, a supportive team, and an office bigger than my previous boss’s.<br>One part of the experience that stood out was the HR process. I was written up for issues that felt inconsistent with what I had seen allowed in other situations, which made the situation feel one‑sided.<br>I genuinely wish the company success and hope they continue improving training and communication for future employees. Sometimes a difficult experience ends up pointing you toward a much better opportunity, and that’s exactly what happened for me.

TOC employees ruined some of my furniture, venetian blinds, flat top stove, eye serum, broke some items & refused to reimburse me over $800
