I have had the opportunity to get to know the team at The Heritage of Clear Lake, and I continue to be impressed by the genuine compassion and dedication they show every day. You can tell this isn't just a job to them—they truly care about their residents and treat them like family. The community is warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained, but what really makes it special is the people. The staff takes the time to get to know each resident, creating meaningful connections while providing excellent care. It's comforting to know there is a place where families can feel confident that their loved ones are safe, respected, and genuinely cared for. I was disappointed by what I perceived as unprofessional conduct and a lack of appropriate workplace boundaries. The atmosphere often felt more centered on personal attention and relationships than on providing consistent, professional service. While everyone has their own style, I believe maintaining clear professional standards is important for building trust and ensuring all customers feel respected and valued.
