Lazy front office<br><br>Starting with the manager!! Shame on her, she ought to be setting an example. Refuses to take packages at front desk and wants couriers to deliver them to recipient doors. As if couriers aren’t already on a tight schedule, underpaid and overworked. All the manager wants to do is set at her desk and do nothing!! I recorded her and she is going on TikTok for her disrespectful behavior and lack of professionalism

Absolutely atrocious parking lot with zero parking for delivery driving. Management is hostile, combative and unhelpful.

The worst place to live. Everything falling apart ' staff don't care. Not a nice place to live. Gloom and doom conditions. And they lose packages 6 times. The only thing the staff is worried about is missing paying rent. and you'll get oh well,
