My brother has dementia. I placed him at The Grove at Oak Ridge not knowing what to expect. I can truly say that everyone there has been wonderful. They are all very kind & caring caregivers. Just a few of the wonderful ones are, Maria, Joyce, Beverly, ( don’t know which spelling but Kris, Chris, he works in the memory care area), the person that cuts hair. They have all been so wonderful in taking care of him. The facility is beautiful & clean. I can’t say enough good things about everyone there. I am thankful to the staff for letting him have as much coffee as he wants. Again, forever grateful.

As an outside provider coming in, I can you that staff has been nothing other than welcoming.<br>One of the easiest facility’s to work with, and plan things with. They are always willing to help out in anyway.<br>The atmosphere is that of a big family, you can tell they care about everyone coming and going! Especially the residents who live there.<br>Very thankful for Ashlyn and Kris, their communication and support is unmatched!<br>Highly recommend!

At the present time (October 2025) things have deteriorated considerably since I moved in two years ago. I recommend caution if you are considering living here. Of course there is always hope and things can improve. I just found out that the owning corporation is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau.

If I could give a negative 10 stars I would. Horrible staff and management. Go ahead asked what happened to my mom there!! Never would I recommend even w new staff and management
