If I could leave zero stars I would. My grandfather was here a little over a year. He passed 3/5/26. He was under hospice care for about a week. During his “transition” phase, there was a certain nurse who was completely horrible! She had the worst attitude towards my family any time we would ask her a simple question or request meds to keep my grandfather comfortable. The night he passed, my father went to the nurses station to ask for my grandfather to be checked because he had stopped breathing. This nurse met him with an attitude after my father told her he wasn’t there to argue. My father went back to the room, during this time, said nurse came to the door. My father told her they didn’t need her because the hospice nurse was there. This nurse PUSHED the door, causing my father to step back. Making her way into the room while my mother and aunt had just lost their father. She called the police on my father saying he “offended her.” My family is close and my grandfather was extremely loved by every person that was by his side. She tried to get everyone thrown out of the facility while grieving an amazing man. The admin said that she would be dealt with but I don’t believe that. This nurse should not be responsible for a dog, let alone someone’s loved one. I will go up the proper channels for this incident if I have to. If nothing will be done, news outlets will be notified as well.

My mother stayed at the greens worst place ever . The office up front with Sarah and April was the only helpful ones ..and the social workers . But maybe out of all of the cnas they had only 5 would get mom up and change her ,10 hours most of the time at night 2 shifts sometimes multiple utis . We since have found a great place, thank you for the handful that did your job and the rehab was good . I did everything possible to try and work with the administration, that was a joke. I can only hope the other elderly are being taken better care of. Do better because obviously it can be done.

In my opinion run! They gave my father in law nicotine patches instead of nitroglycerine patches for his heart 3 times. I can understand a mistake once but come on. When he passed his wishes were for his wife to move to a better facility and when she finally did they didn't send her med list and she has been going through withdrawals at the new facility. I'm not sure if this gives any insight into how much they care for their patients but it sure makes me mad.

I was a patient for 14days. It says they are a smoke free facility but they kept stealing my dip. It affects no one but me. They told me I could never come back the food is awful I wouldn't give it too. A dog. I have a broken shoulder and hip they let a pa call me in pain meds without a good number so I couldn't get them filled. My wife called up there and was met with attitude and could not speak to a pair nurse. I would not recommend you go there and if you have someone there get them out because they are starving
