The food is sickening. I can barely stay in the room when they have slaw.it seems like the slaw is made with water. Someone needs to do something about the food. I know several patients that can not stomach the food. My mom eats a lot of egg salad sandwiches because the food is so nasty. Please, please make the food better.

My family and I would like to thank the entire staff for their excellent service in taking care of our mother and grandmother. We were scared to leave her there because of the way she was treated at another facility but our minds were eased with her being treated by your nurses and staff. Thanks for your professionalism and love for your patients . If I could give you more than 5 stars I would. Thanks again the Williamson Family

I was treated fairly by most of the nurses. However, two nurses were incompetent to hold that respectable position. The tall black nurse to refused to give me my medicine and the little man nurse who cant hear. He is not someone I feel safe to be in the building with. Late at night, a poor man came cruising up my hall without being noticed and came into our room. Could have been very unsafe. There were two other nurses I would hire in a minute! Caring, prompt, and always correct in their distribution with meds. The Bingo was a fantastic activity when the patients remember that it is a friendly game. The food was good. Not fantastic, but nourishing, I think. I did miss fresh fruit. I miss a couple of the friends I made in Rehabilitation. The PT and OT staff were extremely knowledgeable. I really learned how to heal. Unfortunately the magnificent environment in the Greens cannot be copied elsewhere. I honestly dont know how im going to heal from my surgery. Thank you for all you do. But remember students need to be trained correctly by CNAs who have the time to correctly train. Disrespect should not be tolerated from the students or new workers who forget that we are patients not street walkers.

We have a family member who is in medical rehabilitation at this facility. This is by far one of the nicest and friendliest facilities I have visited. It is a beautiful facility, very well managed, very clean and you can tell the team members take great pride in caring for the residents there. My family member has had only positive comments so far and everyone has been so welcoming and accommodating for him. I can see why they are rated so highly and receive such high recommendations.

We had a positive experience with The Greens at Cabarrus. My mother was recently a resident at your facility for about a month for skilled nursing and rehab, and we were very pleased with the care she received. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and made a significant difference during her stay. We truly appreciate the support and professionalism shown by everyone. Thank you for all that you do.
