Having experienced several assisted living and memory care communities in Naples over the years, I have a pretty good perspective on senior care. The Gallery is in a class of its own. This is what senior living and memory care should be.<br><br>The community is beautiful, but more importantly, it feels warm, welcoming, and homey rather than institutional. The food is fantastic, and the staff are exceptional. They genuinely care about the residents, and it shows in the way they interact with and care for my mom every day.<br><br>What really sets The Gallery apart, though, is the combination of exceptional care and exceptional management. The leadership is responsive, straightforward and ethical. They communicate, they follow through, and they deliver on what they promise. Those things may sound basic, but anyone who has spent significant time navigating senior care knows how important—and unfortunately how uncommon—they can be.<br><br>Most importantly, my mom has settled in beautifully. Seeing her comfortable, happy and genuinely cared for has given me tremendous peace of mind.<br><br>I've seen enough senior living communities to know when one is exceptional. The Gallery is, without question, the best experience we've had. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found them and can't recommend The Gallery highly enough to anyone looking for assisted living or memory care in the Naples/Marco Island area.

The Gallery at Hacienda Lakes is a beautiful community! I especially loved the fitness center, the resort-style pool, and how open and inviting the entire community feels. The layout flows so well, making it easy to get around while creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It's a wonderful place with great amenities and a vibrant feel. Highly recommend!

Our mom was officially diagnosed with early onset dementia coupled with aphasia in 2020...at first you want to "pretend" it's not "that bad"...just some missed/forgotten words,...forgetfulness,.. repeatedly asking the same questions..etc...we had been working side by side with our mom our whole lives...we were going to "make it work"...<br><br>After 6 six years our mom's illness had progressed to the point that we could no longer handle her full time care...with certain outside contributing factors...our mom's symptoms had progressed to the point of disorientation , anxiety & even aggression...to say we were (are) HEART BROKEN is an understatement...there simply are "no words" to describe the pain of coming to terms with the realization "your mom has to live outside the only home she has ever known...leaving the people who she has lived & worked beside her whole life..."<br><br>We began "the search"...interviewing & visiting facilities...the majority were "all the same" in terms of a certain "coldness" within the living environment...<br><br>So we decided to branch out to other states...we have a "Florida vacation home"...& we're overjoyed to come across a brand new assisted living facility that had a space for "memory care"...<br><br>We called & with in 2 hours Vivienne called us back...answered all of our questions, gave us a live tour & set us up on a video call with the team to discuss & plan for our mom's admission & care plan...<br><br>Upon my mom's arrival the staff was warm, welcoming, patient, loving & extremely sympathetic...& the environment is lively, spacious, welcoming & extremely clean...while also safe & secure...<br><br>We are coming onto a month...our mom's transition has been tough as the medical team is still working on & continually re-evaluating our mom's meds to find the "right balance" for her personal needs...as they explained each patient is unique & with memory care its not a "one-size-fits-all" & their goal is to find our mom's "perfect balance" for her specific complex needs...<br><br>As we are from NY,  the "distance" is extremely difficult, but Vivienne, Frank & the nursing staff as a whole have been beyond AMAZING keeping up continually up-to-date on our mom's progress by periodically reaching out with pictures & updates & returning our many calls...(as we are also "adjusting" to this unwanted "change"...)<br><br>If you find yourself in an impossible situation & need help...we highly recommend you reach out to "The Gallery at Hacienda Lakes" for support and guidance...wrapped in warmth, care, & understanding...

Very pleased with my apartment and surroundings. Everyone is very accommodating and helpful. My dog has adjusted and is making friends with other dogs and loves to greet any visitors.<br><br>Concierge Brian is helpful in many, many ways and never gets tired of me asking questions. (At least he doesn’t say so)<br><br>Tara, Frank, Vivian, both Ambers are over the top great. The chef is wonderful and changes out menu often. I am not sorry I moved here, even though it was an adjustment from my previous home.<br><br>Lots of friendly people here, just need a small dog park 🤣

My father moved into Gallery at Hacienda Lakes late in 2025, and I have been waiting to give my review because I wanted to give it time to judge the experience. I am very satisfied not only with the experience but how problems which inevitably arise are solved.<br>It’s hard to pick what is the best about Gallery at Hacienda Lakes but I will start off with the Concierge Desk which is a 24 service that schedules appointments, drives, meetings, and finding your loved ones if they are not picking up your calls. Many other assisted living residences do not offer this. Brian at the concierge desk is my very favorite employee there offering help and a smile. Claudine and Kiki(?) also are warm and friendly and helpful.<br>Chef Juan is the most wonderful chef—period. We enjoy his meals right up there with our favorite restaurants in Naples. How wonderful that my father and his fellow residents have delicious food while enjoying their golden years. So many assisted living places have such mediocre offerings. Julie and Yammi(sp?) are my 2 favorite waitresses.<br>Cindy, the head nurse, was the first person to really make my dad feel welcome and I am very grateful for this. The PT at Hacienda is terrific.<br>Mike, the driver, is such a godsend for all my dad’s medical appointments plus he has a wonderful personality.<br>Willy is in charge of Maintenance and is patient and hardworking beyond expectations. Hacienda is a new building; hence, new construction problems arise and he is the point person.<br>Keeping this whole show running is Tara who has years of experience with assisted living residences and knows who to keep things going smoothly.<br>What can I say but that my family is happy that my father is at a safe, nice place. When my daughter with her daughter visited from NC, she was so happy to see her grandfather at a place that was so beautiful. Plus, she loved the food—-which is something for a millennial foodie! On my wish list would be PT therapy in the pool and a full time bartender:)<br>My final thoughts are my gratitude for the new friends that my father has made. They meet at the bar for happy hour most nights so the full time bartender is for them as that time is important and gives them all so much fun talking and watching the Masters, football, etc.<br>I looked at least 8-10 other properties before choosing Gallery at Hacienda Lakes and so thankful that my father is happy there.
