Nightmare!! Nurse extremely rude would not provide information; walked away while I was inquiring about her swollen leg- I had to call 911. My mother 93 year old lady arrived to a room that had men pull ups - seemed like room was not cleaned. No lunch was served on Sunday - she called me starving. It’s been one thing after another. Be careful- Be vigilant. If you love your loved ones. Run ! Find another facility. She will be leaving ASAP!!

The PT and OT were better than those at a top-rated rehabilitation center. I was at. A short time ago. And that’s why you go to a rehabilitation center for the rehabilitation, not the food, not like a hospital. It takes a little longer because I have a rehabilitation center. There are more people to take care of, and the nurses' aides have more people to take care of, as well as the nurses. So you’ll wait a little longer before getting attention. It happens in all rehab centers, but you do get taken care of. I would put my parents in Woodside. Thank you…

The administrator leads with visibility, warmth, and integrity. You can feel their commitment the moment you walk through the door. They set the tone for excellence, ensuring that every concern is addressed promptly and that the facility runs smoothly. Their leadership creates a culture in which staff take pride in their work, and residents feel safe and respected. The physicians are knowledgeable, attentive, and truly invested in patient outcomes. Met mostly everyone, from the doctor, mom's nurse, patient asmin, found.her missing clothes bag, thank you, rehab specialist, everyone helped me as I was lost lots of time, first time there. But front desk was awesome and helpful. Recommended smack dab in thr middle of a golf course to boot. God bless.

I can’t say enough positive things about this nursing home. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth, professionalism, and genuine care from every member of the staff. The nurses and caregivers go above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable, respected, and valued. They take the time to get to know each individual — not just their medical needs, but their personalities, preferences, and stories. The facility is always clean, organized, and welcoming. The activities are thoughtful and engaging, helping residents stay active and socially connected. Communication with families is excellent — I always feel informed and included in my loved one’s care.
