I recently helped pack up a lovely couple that moved in here and are loving it.<br>I also had the pleasure of being a part of their graceful aging expo last week. I have been on the search for a comfortable and affordable place for my parents to move to. This past week I toured Lely Palms and was welcomed with a cheerful tour from Renee, who was the most helpful person this far in our search. Not only did she show us their many fitting options for my mom and dad, but Renee answered all of our questions and reassured me in this stressful process. Out of all the places we have toured in Naples, Lely Palms is now a top contender for my parents, as they loved the villas.

I left a review but it had disappeared ….<br>This place is NOT GOOD! PT folks are great but the caregivers are either understaffed or they don’t really care about taking care of people. Ring for help to go to bathroom - 2 hrs later, still waiting. They often don’t get them up when supposed to, don’t do wound care as prescribed and food is tasteless and usually cold when it arrives. Often not out of bed and dressed when PT comes, so not getting the prescribed PT either (not PT’s fault).<br>When you request anything the answer is ‘I’ll be right back’ and they don’t come back. This is a DAILY occurrence. Most don’t display any indication that they care about your condition. Incontinence underwear is not checked very often and sitting in urine is causing sores on buttocks.

I was researching facilities for a family member and scheduled a tour. My guide, Renee Gonzales, was so helpful. She was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all of my questions, gave me so much information about the facility and didn't give me a hard sell which I really appreciated. I haven't made a decision yet, but after the tour, Lely Palms is high on my list. Thank you!
