I had service after my total hip replacement surgery with Preferred Care Home Health. The care and support they provided is excellent. Specially id like to thank Nurse Diana Vega , PT Joyce , Marlene and Carmen M . The team is organized, passionate and caring. My recovery went smoothly and easy with their care . Thank you for all you did.

Vivian M., and all the nurses and therapists who helped me through my knee surgery in January and TKR in March were WONDERFUL! Highly recommend Preferred Care Naples if you need home care after a hospital stay.

I could not be any happier to write this review. My mother was brought home from memory care and we hired Preferred Care to assist us. It was the best decision we have ever made. We had several caregivers on 12 hour shifts 24/7 for a week. They were our Godsend !! They guided us thru the whole process , held our hands and told us exactly what to expect. They laughed and cried with us and I will miss them all. We considered them part of our family.

We highly recommend, without reservation, the services of Preferred Care at Home. Alison and her team are, above all, kind, caring, compassionate, and hard working. Everything they did benefited my sister as well as our entire family. We live in New Hampshire so when my sister, who lives in Naples, needed help, Alison did a home visit to evaluate her needs. She went above and beyond all expectations to help us navigate any and all events that needed to be addressed, including finding an appropriate assisted living facility for my sister. Alison and her team ensured my sister's smooth transition to that facility. Their intervention in this process was, and still is, the reason my sister is doing well and enjoying her new living environment. Words cannot express the gratitude we have for Alison and her team.

My family worked with Preferred Care at Home of Naples for 3 years, from Aug 2022 through Aug 2025. The service truly was a 5-star experience and we highly recommend using this service if you need it. Pro tip - acknowledge you are responsible for the care of your loved one, then communicate, build a relationship with the caregivers, and you'll have an outstanding experience too! This allows you to easily deal with the occasional issue that might arise when you work together for such a long period. Communication - excellent - there is an easy to use App that provides a view of the caregiver schedule along with photos of caregivers so that you always know who is coming to care for your family member. Additionally, whether it is the owner herself or a member of her staff, they will call to 'check in' on how the service is going and to update you when a caregiver schedule needs to change so that you are not surprised. I spoke with the owner at least every other week and we strategized on needs, coverage, training, and anything else needed to make my parents experience exceptional under the circumstances. Caregivers - outstanding - we had coverage for both parents who both suffered from neurological degeneration (think dementia) and the caregivers we had were nothing short of angels. These people are thoughtful, considerate, and loving. They each took time to get to know our parents (their primary client) as well as the family in order to best adapt how they worked with the patient and the family. My sister and I were at 100% ease and able to go to work each day and sleep well each night knowing we had these amazing people supporting us! Cost - highly competitive - caregiving for a dementia patient is not easy and usually requires 24 x7 coverage if family cannot be present. Regardless of who you choose to use, it will get expensive. That being said, the pricing with Preferred Care is very competitive, allowing my sister and I to keep our parents in their home instead of in a facility, and it allowed us to have our own time to take care of ourselves too. Working with home care agencies is not cheap nor easy, but if you go down this path, I highly recommend you contact Alison Holmes of Preferred Care and see if she and her wonderful team can help you too!
