Jennifer and her team are very kind, caring, and professional. They treated our father very ell during his time there. We were there alot and the patients are well looked after. (They do seem understaffed time-to-time.)

We came to The Fairways to tour for our mother. She is in the very very early stages of dementia so we’re not quite ready, but we want to be prepared. Julie was extraordinarily helpful and gave us all of the information that we need and this definitely looks like the place we’re going to select. We did not feel rushed or pushed into making a decision immediately. I would recommend The Fairways.

The staff has been both professional and kind. This is our first experience with memory care and we came with a lot of anxiety about it. The communication with our family has been excellent - they have been patient with our questions and give us updates anytime we ask. Thank you Julie and Jennifer for the time you've spent with us.<br><br>Our family member loves the social interaction, the activities and the indoor and outdoor spaces to walk.<br><br>The Nurse Practicioner Sarah Jane has been super helpful in helping navigate insomnia early on.<br><br>The med nurse Nessa has also been fantastic - followed up to assure us our family member was taking their meds and were sleeping better.<br><br>We are very very grateful to the Fairways for making this adjustment as easy as possible (hard but we are managing)

I have had the opportunity to visit and observe care at The Fairways at Naples Memory Support, and I feel compelled to share how truly exceptional this community is.<br>Having supported patients in and visited many high-end nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, and memory care communities, I can say without hesitation that this is the best I have experienced.<br>From the moment you walk in, the environment feels clean, calm, and thoughtfully maintained. There is none of the pleasant odor that can sometimes be present in care settings. Everything is fresh and well cared for. More importantly, the residents themselves are clean, comfortable, and clearly attended to with dignity. What stands out most is the quality of caregiving. The staff are attentive, present, and genuinely engaged with the residence. You can feel that they care, and that level of compassion cannot be faked, it is part of the culture here.<br>I’ve also had the pleasure of interacting with the leadership team, including Jennifer, and it’s evident that strong, compassionate leadership sets the tone for the entire community. There is a clear commitment to excellence and doing right by each resident. Families looking for memory care in Naples should feel confident considering the Fairways. It is a place where residents are not only safe, but respected and cared for with kindness and professionalism.

Our mom just returned back from a 7 day hospital stay unable to get around with her walker and the Fairway’s staff were immediately on her situation and got her PT and they assisted her so that she has now returned to her “old” self… she is 99! They were far more concerned with getting her back up and moving than even the hospital!! Thank you to the entire staff for working with our mom .. looking ahead to her 100th birthday later this year!
