Seascape at Naples is a clean, well-run retirement community with strong aesthetic appeal from the moment you walk in. The lobby and common areas are well appointed and thoughtfully maintained, and the overall presentation gives the impression of a facility that takes pride in its environment.<br><br>As a third-party nurse practitioner providing care for residents there for several years, I’ve consistently seen staff members who are attentive, responsive, and focused on getting residents the support they need. The community also stands out for exceptional housekeeping—everything is consistently very clean and well cared for, down to the day-to-day details residents notice every day. The community offers multiple levels of care—independent living, assisted living, and memory care—making it a practical option for families as needs change over time.<br><br>Communication and care coordination are reliable, and the facility follows through on provider recommendations in a way that helps ensure continuity of care. Overall, I would recommend Seascape at Naples to anyone looking for a well-kept community and a dependable care team in Naples.

This memory care may look pretty, but the staff is not equipped to deal with all dementia patients and doesn't treat everyone the same. The website says they provide compassionate, personalized care; however, my mother did not receive that. She was forced to leave less than 2 months after she moved in. She had some issues that could have been handled differently, but they were not able, nor willing to work with my family on finding an amicable solution. Moving her here was a big mistake and we regret that decision. There are much better memory care facilities in the Naples area with experienced staff and a director who actually care and take the time to understand the needs of those with dementia. She has been doing well at her new facility for the past 4 months, so do your research and ask the appropriate questions before moving here.
