I had my father in this facility and I must say they took the time to listen to my concerns and they were great with the care and the follow through. Everyone was helpful and kind. I will definitely take my father there again for rehab. He spent 47 days there and I visited every day. It may not be the newest building in Naples it it was definitely the best care and service. Thank you Naples Health and Rehab for all the hard work you do. I know My father was not easy to deal with but you all made it seem effortless.

I was pleasantly surprised with Naples Health and Rehab. The building is older, but very clean. And more importantly, the residents were all clean, smiling, and engaging when I toured. I was able to spend several hours in the facility, observing staff and residents. I met a lot of very caring staff members who are there for all the right reasons. At the end of the day the most important factor in nursing home choice is how your loved one will be treated. After a lengthy visit I can say I would be comfortable entrusting the Naples Health and Rehab staff with the care of my loved one.

This rehab/nursing home is the worst place. If you or your loved ones end up in this place please be aware that it’s a disgusting, dirty, smells like mold, poop and sewage everyday. Some of the staff is helpful but others are not. This place loves keeping their patients medicated so they have no voice to complain about anything. Please do yourself a favor and don’t ever send anyone that you love to this place. The state should investigate and shut this place down for good. We had a family member that was admitted here and instead of seeing improvement on their health the family member majorly declined. The therapist are okay but they are over worked, under staffed and work with limited equipment to help patients improve on their skills and overall health. This place feels more like a hospice than a rehab, all they are looking for is collecting money from Medicare/Medicaid. I can not image anyone giving this place a 5 star review because it’s far from that. I’ve spent enough hours inside this facility to know that the patients are all heavily medicated, staff like CNA’s are overwhelmed and over worked and management couldn’t give a damn about your complaints. No matter what you state they brush it off and don’t do anything about. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY TO ANYONE.

If I could give zero stars to Naples Health and Rehabilitation Center, I would. This place is an absolute disaster. The “General Manager” position seems to be a revolving door, so there is never any accountability for anything. Problems never get fixed because leadership constantly changes and nobody takes responsibility. Walking through the halls is heartbreaking. Residents scream for help while staff appear overwhelmed, miserable, and completely defeated. The atmosphere feels depressing and neglected. The smell of dirty diapers and urine hits you the second you walk in the building. The facility itself is falling apart and honestly feels like it should be condemned. There was even a fire caused by a heater because maintenance is practically nonexistent, and the fire department had to respond. That alone should tell you everything you need to know about the condition of this place. Trying to contact anyone there is almost impossible. For TWO YEARS the excuse has been that “the phone lines are being upgraded.” Nobody answers. Nobody calls back. You’d have a better chance of winning the lottery than getting communication from this facility. Families trust nursing homes to care for the people they love. This place feels like the exact opposite of care. It feels neglected, chaotic, and hopeless. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and look elsewhere.

I came in to visit my uncle and ran into some very nice respectful staff Members attitude was great very polite, but there was one thing that caught my attention. A young woman working very hard Sweating carrying boxes and helping other staff members with things that they need I believe her name was Elvia great attitude great person Beautiful personality.
