I cannot say enough wonderful things about Arden Courts and the incredible people who cared for my father.<br>From the moment you walk through the front doors, to the direct-care staff, housekeeping, maintenance, and everyone in between, every person at Arden Courts was amazing to my father and to me as his daughter. I am forever grateful for the kindness, compassion, patience, support, and encouragement they gave us.<br>They helped my father stay active and engaged, encouraged him to participate, and treated him with dignity and genuine care. They were there for him every step of the way, right up until his last breath.<br>When my father’s condition declined and he was placed on hospice, the staff continued to be there—not only for him, but for me as well. Their compassion and support during such an incredibly difficult time meant more to me than I could ever put into words.<br>Arden Courts became so much more than a place where my father lived. It became a community of people who truly cared about him and our family. I will always carry immense gratitude in my heart for every person who touched his life and ours.<br>They are truly angels here on Earth. ❤️<br>God bless each and every one of you. I am so thankful for all that you did for my father and for me. I will definitely be sure to stop by and visit whenever I am in the area. You will always hold a special place in my heart.

This place is absolutely horrifying. The treatment to the residents was absolutely horrible. My mom passed earlier than she may have because of this place. I offered numerous times to shower my mother and they told me no it’s our job. Well when I walked in when they were giving her a shower they were water boarding my mom. They should be ashamed. When my sister and I came to look at this place for our mother they lied to us. They told us we don’t have medical technicians to hand out medications we have nurses. They also told us that there was 1 nurse to 7-8 patients .<br>There was one nurse for the entire facility which had 36-37 patients.<br>I also personally was assisting other patients when visiting my mom find their rooms or getting them assistance from employees. Remember it’s a memory care facility the residents some in wheelchairs are not able to help themselves with daily needs. Be vigilant when looking for a place for a loved one .The reviews when we read seemed highly recommended but I promise it’s absolutely not. I pray for all with this horrible disease these patients deserve the best not to be treated this way.

This place is a complete disgrace. My mom was there for about 11 days. Full of bruises and cuts. Water boarded my mom in the shower. Shut this place down. My mom passed a lot sooner than she should have because of this hell hole!!!!! Zero stars

A disgusting facility, caregivers dragging residents on camera and no one does anything, administration talking to caregivers disrespectfully, caregivers not properly cleaning residents and yelling in their faces, caregivers sleeping, leaving hallways unattended or leaving residents on the floor. You have the administration making you sign documents of stuff that you never did , DON making you sign and put in fake vitals, you have the DON telling you to give residents OTHER residents medications or medications that aren’t even on the MAR to give, roaches everywhere even rats. You have family members who know private codes letting residents out, dirty diapers for 12 hour plus, if you complain to administration about something they do absolutely nothing all because they need the coverage. Executive director asking you if you know anyone who wants to work they don’t have to have the credentials all because they need people. You have caregivers whose family members have complained about them that they give special treatment all because they “cover”. The food and treatment is disgusting and terrible for 7,000+ a month. Do not bring your family here, you will regret it. I have so many pictures and videos.

My father lived in Arden Courts Memory Care for several years. He was loved. He was known. He was celebrated. I can’t thank you all enough. Sadly, my dad just passed away and as I was going through his things-to my utter amazement-I found he still had birthday money in his wallet from a few years ago! Back when he received it I knew it wasn’t a good idea for him to have a $100 bill in his wallet while living in a facility, but he was so happy with it I decided it didn’t really matter if it got stolen. His money was still there! That speaks volumes about the staff there. Thank you to all the staff - you were my dad’s people.♥️
