My wife and I have lived at The Fountains at Alluvial for the past four years, and we’ve truly enjoyed our time here. The community is well-maintained, peaceful, and welcoming. Our manager, Dan Piro, has been outstanding—always friendly, responsive, and quick to address any apartment needs. He consistently made us feel at home. We’re grateful for the experience and highly recommend The Fountains at Alluvial to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I think at their age deposit should always be returned the owners are going to redo the whole apartment anyways for the new tenants. Owners are just money people and don’t care how they earn their bucks. That’s my opinion. The place where I live always give back the deposit no matter what is wrong or condition is left behind.

AVOID this development at ALL COST! My parents rented there for 3 years. They are immaculate house keepers and they moved out after buying a home of their own. After moving out, my parents shampooed carpets, painted the pantry so it would look perfect and scrubbed and cleaned every corner so that they could get their $500 deposit back. Guess what? Management tried to charge them for new granite in their kitchen and keep deposit. Deposit was $500 and they are trying to charge them an additional $1500. Granite was apparently not installed correctly because water absorbed into stone and they claim they are responsible for replacing. This apartment claims they will change lightbulbs for you but blames you if they don't seal their granite upon installation. My parents are ninety years old and this has caused so much stress for them. PLEASE DO NOT move elderly parents in this complex. CROOKS.
