Our family recently toured the Memory Care unit for our mother, who was recently diagnosed with dementia, and we were incredibly impressed with our experience. From the moment we arrived, Amy gave us a warm and joyful welcome. She was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to address all of our concerns, and genuinely understood what our family is going through. Her compassion for our mother was evident throughout the entire tour. Amy went above and beyond by inviting us to stay for lunch so we could experience the dietary menu firsthand—which, I might add, was excellent! It was a thoughtful touch that helped us better understand the level of care residents receive. One of the most heartwarming parts of our visit was seeing how residents interacted with Amy. She was stopped several times during the tour by residents asking for hugs, and she knew every one of them by name. She assisted each person with such grace, kindness, and respect. It was clear that she has built meaningful relationships with the residents and truly cares about their well-being. Every employee we encountered was welcoming, gracious, and friendly. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and offered spacious accommodations. When considering the cleanliness, room sizes, cost, quality of care, and the dedication of the staff, this community is currently our number one choice. Thank you, Amy, and the entire team, for making what can be a difficult process feel so comfortable and reassuring.
