In March my mom was undergoing some physical and mental challenges that would no longer allow her to live in her home. We were so blessed to have found The Carriages of Bloomington! Mom's first visit with Kaleigh and other members of the staff made her feel so welcome and put her mind at ease. Since moving to The Carriages, mom has been thriving! She quickly met so many wonderful people, both staff and residents. Mom enjoys all of the fun social activities that are offered, participates in the exercise classes and constantly raves about the food! The staff is amazing! Everyone is so kind and attentive to the residents. It is comforting to know that mom is being cared for by wonderful, skilled, loving people. I can't thank The Carriages of Bloomington enough for all they do. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for residential care!<br><br>Thanks!<br>Michelle Fryer

I moved both my parents to the Carriages in the past six months, and the experience has been wonderful. The facility is fantastic— clean, well-maintained, and welcoming—it truly feels like a community, and I enjoy visiting. The administrative team has been incredibly helpful in making the transition smooth. Having on-site therapy services and providers who see residents right there is a huge plus, and my mom’s health has improved greatly since moving in. The staff are attentive and compassionate, and we especially value that assisted living and memory care are in the same building, allowing my parents to stay together. It also gives me tremendous peace of mind knowing they are safe, well cared for, and supported every day.

The Carriages facility and staff have been nothing short of wonderful as we transitioned my parents to assisted living. The facility is clean and orderly and fresh and the staff have gone above and beyond to help us help our parents move in - and all with a smile.
