I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with The Carlisle, and especially with Jackie. Moving my mom into a new community was a big transition, and Jackie truly went above and beyond to make the entire process as easy and seamless as possible.<br><br>From the move-in itself to helping my mom get acclimated and comfortable, Jackie was there every step of the way. Everything went so smoothly, without a single hiccup. The entire staff was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure my mom felt at home.<br><br>What has made me happiest is seeing my mom already beginning to participate in activities and become part of the community. That was so important to us, and Jackie really helped make that happen.<br><br>We are incredibly grateful to Jackie and the entire team at The Carlisle for making what could have been a stressful transition such a positive experience. We could not have asked for a better start.

We moved my 73 year old aunt into the Carlisle after visiting five other communities in the area. The Carlisle is the best option, it looks luxurious and feels like a fancy hotel. Moving my aunt was a difficult move from out of state. The people at Carlisle made the move seamless. They were and have been wonderful. Especially Jackie Crawford who’s an absolute gem. The staff has been incredibly welcoming and ensured that she got settled in nicely. They even made sure she made some friends. They answer all of my questions and concerns promptly. I never have to wait to get an update. I’m very thankful that we found the Carlisle. It’s hard to trust other people to help care for your loved ones. The people at the Carlisle ease my worry. I’m very happy that’s where we chose for my aunt to enjoy her retirement. The grounds are beautiful, newly renovated and across the street from the beach. I would recommend the Carlisle to anyone looking.

Disappointing experience - TV commercials look great using bait & switch technique. Assisted living director is mean & unqualified. My parents were there for many years & the quality of the care kept going downhill. Explore other facilities before committing to this place.
