Our family was looking for the right place for my aunt, and we were referred to The Bluffs. On very short notice, we arrived at The Bluffs to meet with Kimberly Mattix. During a time when our family was feeling stressed and overwhelmed, Kimberly made everything feel calm and manageable. She was incredibly compassionate, empathetic, and attentive to our aunt’s needs and to what our family was looking for.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by all of the staff, which immediately helped me feel more at ease. Everyone was kind and caring, and it was clear that the residents well-being was a priority. Once my aunt arrived, the care she received from Alveena and Tamye reassured me that we had made the right choice. They were so attentive and caring toward my aunt, and I am truly grateful for the compassion they showed her.
Bonnie was also such a delight. She went above and beyond to check on my aunt and continually reassured our family that she was in good hands. Her kindness and genuine care meant so much to us during such a difficult time.

I also want to recognize Anastasia, one of the dining servers. She was so kind, friendly, and thoughtful. She remembered our family members and would check in to see how everyone was doing. Those small gestures meant so much to our family and made us feel seen and cared for.

The Bluffs truly feels like a family-oriented and compassionate place. I am so thankful to Kimberly, Alveena, Tamye, Bonnie, Anastasia, and the entire staff for welcoming my aunt and treating her with such kindness, dignity, and care. Our family is so grateful to have found The Bluffs!
