My experience at Haven Health of Flagstaff was great! I have never been in a rehabilitation center and I was afraid that first night, but Sonia Vanessa and Eugene made me feel at home. Everything I asked for they did with a smile. They have such a pleasant attitude. They were on top of things very organized. Vanessa always remembered my almond milk in the fridge before I even asked for it. She would heat it up so it wouldn’t make my oatmeal cold. (Since I was lactose intolerant) Thank you Vanessa. Gene is caring and attentive to patients needs. Sonia is so amazing! She has such a special gift serving people when at their lowest, bathing them while still persevering their dignity. That’s what she did for me. She’s such a beautiful person and I’ll never forget what she’s done for me. Here at Haven they care and they motivate you to get on your feet do therapy and get you on the road to recovery. Thank you Haven Health. Lucia Ortega

My insurance company paid for this facility. I really loved most of the staff that goes above and beyond to help their patients. Thank you so much Vanessa, Eugene, Sonya, CherylO and nurse Jackie for making my two week stay at Haven so positive. The only negative was the quality of food served to the patients. I hope the quality of food improves for future residents. This is a great place to recuperate when you need the special care.

I want to send out a huge thank you and appreciation for these workers I have had during my 3 week stay here at the Haven Health in flagstaff! CNA'S - Sofia, Cheryl O, Sonia, Vanessa, Cotten, Eugene, Julie. They have worked so hard to make sure i had everything i needed to make my stay comfortable. Food, showers, bed changes regularly, if I needed anything they would do everything in their power to go above and beyond to make it happen! RN's - Candice, Angie, Romi, Amber, Lilly, Barb, Desiree, Linda, Josh - These nurses have ran circles around this place like if our health depended on them, and it does. The patience it takes to deal with so many different needs of the residents that live here for short or long-term is hard and they made it look easy. I got my meds on time and they work great with the CNA's seamlessly. I was greated with a smile and warmth. It felt like they were on the same page when they switched shifts too. PT - Rachel and Brigitte were knowledgeable and helped me with strength training and just how to treat my recovery successfully. Chelsea Seck - I went to all the activities she held and to see the smiles on the residents faces was a treat! She also went to everyone and asked them what she can do to make it better and fun. You can tell her concerns were the residents mind frame. Gail - this lady made my wound heal within a short period of time, she educated me on what she was doing and why. She explained my the reason its a hard place to have a wound where mine was. She kept a close eye on me. I have one complaint - The food was at times unedible. I had no idea what some of ot even was. I ordered from the other menu a lot and it was lacking taste. Honestly I feel there could be much better choices for entrees. I saw most of the waste from residents opting out of their trays. It should be looked at and changed. I know it could be better with a little thought.
