This review is a #10 plus I'm leaving for Franny Bryant who is the Events Coordinator. My father Fidencio Tafoya has been in this facility going on 4 years now. She has to be the Most Caring, Compassionate, Friendly employee I have ever met! She has gone above and beyond for my father and other residents ♥️ We recently went on a bus trip to Bearzona on July 10 2026. What an amazing experience! She made sure the residents were exceptionally taken care of and had what they needed! Sandwiches, chips, cold water, dessert and bathroom trips. She made the trip so enjoyable talking all along on the bus as if she was a tour guide explaining everything along the way! Also while reminding the residents how much she Loved spending time with them and how much she Loved her job! She has also reminded me if there was anything I ever for my father to reach out to her, I have never had anyone ever offer that....My father keeps going on and on how nice she is to him! This makes my father father feel special as well as both my sister and I. Franny got news that her father had passed shortly after we returned from Bearzona! So heartbreaking as we were talking about how important our parent's and family are! And yet she still showed up for work and even took my father for a nice walk. She continues to show up for all the residents even in her time of sorrow! That shows me what a Beautiful, Compassionate, Dedicated person she is to her Residents and job! Save your money and save your elder. Worst place ever, so unless you intent on making your loved ones last days/years miserable, look elsewhere or higher private care. Its cheaper and 100% better.
