This review is a #10 plus I'm leaving for Franny Bryant who is the Events Coordinator. My father Fidencio Tafoya has been in this facility going on 4 years now. She has to be the Most Caring, Compassionate, Friendly employee I have ever met! She has gone above and beyond for my father and other residents ♥️ We recently went on a bus trip to Bearzona on July 10 2026. What an amazing experience! She made sure the residents were exceptionally taken care of and had what they needed! Sandwiches, chips, cold water, dessert and bathroom trips. She made the trip so enjoyable talking all along on the bus as if she was a tour guide explaining everything along the way! Also while reminding the residents how much she Loved spending time with them and how much she Loved her job! She has also reminded me if there was anything I ever for my father to reach out to her, I have never had anyone ever offer that....My father keeps going on and on how nice she is to him! This makes my father father feel special as well as both my sister and I. Franny got news that her father had passed shortly after we returned from Bearzona! So heartbreaking as we were talking about how important our parent's and family are! And yet she still showed up for work and even took my father for a nice walk. She continues to show up for all the residents even in her time of sorrow! That shows me what a Beautiful, Compassionate, Dedicated person she is to her Residents and job! Thank you Highgate for giving us Franny Bryant.♥️♥️♥️🌹👍🏻<br>Bernadine Adams

Save your money and save your elder. Worst place ever, so unless you intent on making your loved ones last days/years miserable, look elsewhere or higher private care. Its cheaper and 100% better.

How our free service works, and how we are paid

Arizona asks us to share this with you in writing before we introduce you to a community.

MyLivingChoice is a free service that helps you find senior living. We are paid by our participating communities: if you move into a community we introduced you to, that community pays us a referral fee. You never pay us anything.

To make an introduction we share your name, contact details and the care needs you told us about, and nothing else. You can stop using our service at any time, for any reason and at no cost, and if you do we will let any community we introduced you to know.

Arizona law requires that we provide you with the following disclosure notice.

We are in the business of referring residents to assisted living facilities and assisted living homes. We will be paid by the assisted living facility or assisted living home if you move into one of the referred assisted living facilities or assisted living homes. The fee we receive from the assisted living facility or assisted living home into which you move typically ranges from 50 to 80 percent of your first month's rent and care charges. We do have a current business relationship but we do not have a common ownership or control in, or any other financial, business, management or familial relationship with, any of the assisted living homes and assisted living facilities to which we are referring you.

By providing us with a written or electronic notice, you have the right to terminate our services to you at any time, including our use of your personal information. If you terminate our services, we will not be entitled to any fee for any move-in you make after the date of the termination notice unless either:

1. The assisted living facility or assisted living home you choose within the next twelve months is one that we specifically identify and refer to you after we evaluate your profile and requests but before we receive your notice of termination.

2. You communicate with us before you move into the assisted living facility or assisted living home.
