I'm so disappointed in this facility! My mother-in-law is suffering. She calls my husband 3 - 5 times a day with the same complaint. I have made 4 phone calls and left urgent messages for various people, asking someone to get back to me. No one has called. It's been 2 weeks. UNACCEPTABLE!

Expensive but full service and all very new and well maintained. Staff very pleasant. Once you're in, most everything is covered. It is continuing care so there is independent l8ving, assisted living and memory care.

Amazing clean building. Staff are very welcoming. Food always looks great. There residents are well cared for and seem to be happy. Management seems to be present in the building and cares about the residents.

The woman who is always at the front desk is respectful, pleasant, and professional every single time i see her. As the first face you see entering the building, there couldnt be a better person to welcome people.

Unfortunately our experience with the Orchards at Baldwin wasn’t a pleasant one. We were so excited that we finally found a perfect a perfect place for our mom only to be rejected due to lack of funds. That’s not the part that bothers us. What bothered us the most was being strung a long , giving more information, them requesting more only to get a phone call that the funds were insufficient. Right from the start they should have a required funds schedule relative to age.<br>Needless to say we were very disappointed.
