My parents moved into the Orchard Inn (Assisted Living) at the Baldwin over a year ago. The facility is absolutely beautiful and meticulously kept. However, the best part of the Baldwin/Orchard Inn is the staff. They are so much more attentive and engaged then staff at other facilities we've had experiences with. We cannot recommend the Baldwin/Orchard Inn highly enough.

I'm so disappointed in this facility! My mother-in-law is suffering. She calls my husband 3 - 5 times a day with the same complaint. I have made 4 phone calls and left urgent messages for various people, asking someone to get back to me. No one has called. It's been 2 weeks. UNACCEPTABLE!

Expensive but full service and all very new and well maintained. Staff very pleasant. Once you're in, most everything is covered. It is continuing care so there is independent l8ving, assisted living and memory care.

Amazing clean building. Staff are very welcoming. Food always looks great. There residents are well cared for and seem to be happy. Management seems to be present in the building and cares about the residents.

The woman who is always at the front desk is respectful, pleasant, and professional every single time i see her. As the first face you see entering the building, there couldnt be a better person to welcome people.
